You stick to me, I stick to you
These are not the original abalones here but a second batch that I bought to eat with some visiting friends. Bought these at Lotte Department Store for 10000 won.
When I try to brush and clean them, they actually squirm around the shell. Make me quite scared and almost drop them into the sink. Maybe it's ticklish to them. Maybe the water is cold. Maybe they are thinking, " What the fish...?". They actually reminds of Chicky when she is trying to get out of her dad's embrace. Which makes me regret dunking them in hot water. Although I can still eat them but this is the one and only time I am going to cook life abalones. No more....I suspect if I have to get my food from the farm, I will be a vegetarian.
When I tell my PM about the cooking experience she shake her head and said, " Why you so scared? It's not like it can bite you or anything. Cute lar you."
